Good quality. My granddaughter loves the slide. Assembly is extensive but worth it once complete.

Bed looks exactly as expected! Actually it’s shorter than it looks on the photo which is GREAT! You can put your child in and out of the bed without having to club the ladder. I’m only 5’4 so this is great for shorter parents! Sturdy, and the slide is very easy to slide down!

I would give zero star if I could. Couldn’t assemble because they put a wrong part and parts didn’t fit together. I called wayfair for almost an hour with the rep and supervisor. They ordered an replacement part but didn’t expedite it for me. It will take 11 days to get here. They missed their original delivery date by 6 days so who knows how late this time it can be. I asked them a discount and they said they would if I keep the product as is ( with wrong part) but they can’t ship the replacement piece at the same time. How insulting is this. Their customer service team is really not understanding at all and they said they can give me a supplier contact to complain. What a terrible experience. They don’t have any quality control of the product they put on the website and don’t care about customers at all. I will never buy one from this site.
