Arrived damaged- some pieces were split. Holes were not correctly drilled and slats would not line up. My husband is a carpenter and did some adjusting so we could get it together. It creaks. It wobbles. One of the steps feels like it will not hold up. The LED lights don’t stick but are fun. My daughter thinks it’s great, but we are not impressed with the quality. Am waiting to hear back from customer service. Had bought another piece of furniture that was Harriett Bee, and it is a solid piece. I was surprised and disappointed in this bed. Update I was offered replacement pieces or discount to keep as is. We decided to return and appreciate customer service.

Daughter loves the bed. Assembly took a few hours with my husband and I doing it together. Seems sturdy. Stairs are quite steep and slippery so we put stick on non-slip mats on each one which helped a ton! The shelving and storage are awesome!

We needed something to fit our 8 feet ceilings where my 12 year old didn’t feel like she would hit her head! It’s perfect with ample room underneath and above!! We were able to fit this pull out couch chair that we got off here as well this is def a must! Took two men four hours to set up but definitely worth it!!

Paid extra for set up and it was completely unprofessional. The person assigned to us showed up 5hrs late with no notice and left screws all over my children’s room. Very dangerous. I’m upset about the entire experience.

Great bed for our 9 year old! Pretty sturdy, my only complaint is how the stairs creak & slightly wobble every time she moves in her bed.
