Directions were not clear resulting in having to take the bed apart in 4 different places and switch parts. One long screw short to complete the install. Other

About 20% of the wood pieces, and over 50% of the hardware was not labeled properly. It was very difficult to determine which piece to use for what. We did get it assembled properly and it is attractive and sturdy, but the assembly was a headache.

I was so excited, but when I received the bed, the frame was splintered, several pieces were mislabeled, the predrilled holes for the center support bar were absent altogether, and none of the horizontal bars that are supposed to be fed into the vertical frame were cut in a way that allowed them to fit together. It was completely misaligned. I have put in a request to obtain replacement parts for all of the above issues. I will have to wait and see how that goes. As it stands though, I would NEVER recommend this bed to anyone - especially not at the price it’s listed for. Buy something else from another supplier. This entire experience has been awful.
