Looks good, no surprises there. I was skeptical of the quality during installation but turned out pretty solid. The pieces are not all labeled and some of the pieces are not sequentially in the same box. Also some pieces arrived with saw dust still on them.

4 stars only because the instructions were a little confusing. 1 step was missing and others were instructions were very confusing. But overall my son love his bed.

I was let down by the set I bought for my grandson—several of the wooden pieces were chipped and had splinters, and the instructions were confusing. After spending four hours assembling it, it’s still not fully put together.

Just put it together today for my 4 year old who is over the moon about it. I will say, I gave it 4 stars because it took me all day to put it together and the directions are not the best. Overall it’s well put together, it just had a million and one parts so brace yourself. If you’re not good with following directions and thinking outside of the box and logistically all at once, quit while you’re ahead and hire someone to put it together for you.

Overall nice option for my 4yo that wanted a "big boy" bed. It was a lot shorter than I was expecting, which (for now) is ok by me bc it's less height to potentially fall from, but once he gets older and taller, the play space underneath will become harder and harder to use. I anticipate this only lasting a few years for that feature. The stairs are really slick, so if the kiddo is wearing socks, they may slip (mine has once already). I'm planning on getting some non-slip gripper strips to put down. One of the rail boards came with a crack through it, but I was able to place it on the top back where it wasn't load bearing and against a wall. Took me about 5hrs to build by myself, so not too bad. Will definitely be faster with a second set of hands. Instructions were mostly clear - a couple of steps where the pictures were confusing, but overall not too bad. Giving 4 stars, since the longevity of use is questionable.
