A few of the pre drilled holes were in the wrong place so if we didn’t have the correct tools the shot project would have been a bust.

Took a chance even though there were no reviews, which I highly rely on. Huge mistake and totally disappointing-unsafe for anyone, let alone children!Concept was great, but everything else, including exposed screws and craftsmanship was awful. I wouldn’t allow even pets to sleep on there.

Was pretty annoyed this came in 2 boxes and FedEx only picked up one of the 2, and then the 1st box got lost in the warehouse and never actually sent. Now I’m having to pay an extra 150 to order a second one (they refunded me for the first shipment) and wait another week …

I was pleased to find out it is mostly wood and not partical board, I have been several hours assembling it and not done yet, will finish after work tomorrow. Pay extra close attention yo instructions they don't tell you what direction or what side of board to use, I found this out after taking it apart several times. Over all I am and my daughter is quite pleased with this bed.
