As expected it was a pain to put together, but now that we’ve had it for a while I have really come to dislike it. The bed and ladder are fine except the bolts constantly need tightening. The rail guard wobbles daily unless I tighten it, so I keep a hex key literally tied to the ladder. I could deal with all of that if it weren’t for the completely unusable chest of drawers. One of them didn’t work from the very start, and now half of them are either stuck partially open or all the way open. They don’t glide on the rails, we have to mandhandle them to get them to stay in. And because this is such a huge piece of furniture, we don’t have any space left to add a separate dresser or even to just remove this one and still have a usable lofted bed. I hate it.

Purchased the full size loft bed with desk and dresser in gray. I spent way longer than I should have researching this style of bed! Read tons of reviews and QAs. My kid really wanted gray which eliminated two other brands I looked at with similar review ratings. I finally decided on this brandmodel. It was also a couple hundred dollars less than other brands. I wasn’t sure if that was good or bad. Turns out, it was totally fine. Arrived fast! 3 heavy boxes. All partspieces received. No damages. Slight scratches on some of the thin particle board- foot board. In our case, no biggie, we put that piece facing the wall. Everything was well labeled! Directions were easy to understand for the most part. Took 2 of us to put it together. Took 4 hours one day. Then we finished everything but the dresser drawers in 4 hours the following day. Very pleased with how sturdy the bed is. The 6 drawers on the dresser are actually all the same size drawer. Only the face of the drawers are different. So you’re not actually getting 2 smaller top drawers and 4 larger bottom drawers. Slightly disappointed in that but dresser looks nice. Hard to tell how long the bed will hold up. Only been using it for 3 days. As of right now, very pleased with purchase.

This is good looking and sturdy. Son loves this new bed. Can’t comment on the assembly as we outsourced using Wayfair option. Took him about 4.5 hours.

Do not buy this bed. It looks nice in the picture but it is made poorly. It was delivered with all pieces scratched and the drawers are absolutely horrible. The do not open properly and so not sit correctly. For the price of $1400 you would think you would get better quality. If there was a no star I would put "0"
