Wayfair Service - 5 Stars Product once completed- 5 Stars Overall Review - 4 Stars, here's why: 1. Manufacturer ships this in 2 boxes, one of which is extremely heavy and long so it is likely to get dropped - which is exactly what happened. The box arrived damaged and the main desktop board was cracked. Customer service was amazing and another board was shipped 1.5 weeks later. 2. The wall mounting equipment is trash - don't even bother with it. The screws provided literally snapped in half when being screwed in. The brackets are a cheap plastic and won't reach the wall if you have baseboards. So we had to find and buy specialty wall mount equipment that fit the bed. Now that it is all complete though, we love it so much and it looks great!
