Quality….. just what you paid. I had issues, pieces came broken. I was offered replacement parts.

This bed is a nightmare to put together. The directions are unclear. Parts are labeled differently in the directions than on the parts. The quantity of items does not match up if you go by the directions, so there was a lot of trial and error. The long desk does not fit into the notch. It is too thick and the board is warped. There were dings on the pieces when we took it out of the box and scratches so easily as it is built. Again... a nightmare. I couldn't be more disappointed.

Don't buy it. It looked cute. Everything was wrong with this bunk bed. I bought 2 of these for my 7 yr old twins. It took the assemblers 12 hours to put it up. I had 3 different assemblers over, each of them spent 4 hours on it. They told me the instructions was poorly written. It was a waste of my time staying home waiting for the assemblers, it took about 2.5 weeks to work out the schedules with the Wayfair and the assemblers. They left the beds unfinished, my kids did not have a room to sleep in. The beds had some many scratches, dings, cracks, paint bubbles, and so many more. I tried taking pictures to send to Wayfair, but I stopped at 17 photos. The ladders on both beds were also wobbly, I had asked one of the assemblers to fix it, they told me they can't, it was made like that, they told me was poorly made. Also, the product details said that the weight capacity is 400 lbs, I even called Wayfair to confirmed and they told me it's correct. I weight 105 lbs, I was on the bed, it felt like to was going to crack. Other than it looked cute, don't buy it, it's not sturdy at all. I wished I have the time to take the bed apart, I would return it. Unfortunately, it would cost me more to return it. Don't buy this product, spend your money elsewhere. I would give this zero star.

My order came prompt in 2 big boxes. They were undamaged. This is a Christmas present for my son. I wont assemble until then.

Nice looking, sturdy and well made, but poor and semi-confusing instructions. If you choose the expert installation, (or to put it together yourself) expect a much longer install time than the 2.5 hours estimated, as this is a very involved piece.
