Ok, I really wanted to not like this bed, but only because there were several issues with the parts. For one, parts 2 and 3 have their stickers swapped and I didn’t learn this until after two rounds of building the bed foundation and standing it up that their stickers are wrong. I bought two and it’s the same in both boxes. Second, both boxes were missing one of part 23. Once again, thankfully I bought two so I could at least build one of them fully, as seen in the pictures. Third, some of the pilot holes for the screws are not there so you have to eye ball the closet door install. I found that the best way to do it, is how I have it in the picture. Four, some holes just don’t line up properly and I’ll have to either expand the hole and use a washer or just leave it. Five, this is more of a tip. Look at every picture thoroughly, the parts need to line up identically to the photo. I had to take apart at least 3 different steps to flip a piece the other way, which might be why the holes don’t line up on some parts. Thankfully I love to build stuff and was able to get this thing built with many hours and some patience. I think it’s an ok loft bed, but they need to make better instructions and fix the quality control or quantity control with the parts and numbering before I’d recommend it. I will say it does look wonderful in the bedroom and the kids love them.

Arrived with mislabeled pieces and a missing piece.

Works great in a small room while providing storage and an under-bed living area. It was a little difficult on assembly but by the third one, we knew what adjustments to make. The kids love them.

Missing enough screws to complete the build. Been waiting ten days to get the replacement parts to complete the lift bed.

Spent over a $1,200 on this loft bed and it is garbage quality. Unfortunately, I have encountered several issues with the bed, primarily related to its quality. The bed frame has shown signs of wear and tear far earlier than expected. I must emphasize that I had high expectations from your brand, and this experience has not met the level of quality I have come to associate with your products. As a loyal customer, I believe that my concerns deserve attention and resolution. But what i got was a sorry here is $70.. don't bother buy this product it's not worth the price.
