The ladder is hard to climb up barefooted. Very unstable without the wall anchors. Recommend using metal wall ties instead of the plastic ones provides.

Great space saver and very trendy.

Nice. Wish you had the option to move the ladder in a different position, and wish the bed could sit a little lower then its current position. Other than those two items, it is doing the job of loft bed and desk all while saving a ton of room in the room for my college age son.
