Just as pictured and was very easy to put together. Took about an hour solo. Only complaint is with a twin mattress, there is gaps on all 4 sides. Not alarmingly for young ones but still bigger than I’d like to see. We love it otherwise and it’s a great transition bed without needing bumpers and all the things!
