Purchased assembly through Wayfair/Angi. Handymen #1 no-showed. Handymen #2 spent an ENTIRE DAY assembling and left it half-incomplete (Angi estimated 2.5 hours for the job). Handymen #3 and #4 cancelled the day of their bookings. Now we have an unusable bedroom due to their mess, and three young children who won’t be getting a bunk bed for Christmas.

It was a fast delivery and is such a great set up for my boys! I love the extra storage it provides, helping make less clutter

Bed came in 4 different boxes, all products came in great condition, no cracks, dents, scrapes, etc. It took about 3 days to put together but a great product in the end. We had a similar product by Harriet Bee (twin over full with trundle and stairs with storage) in the past that worked great for my kids as well

Every box that I had to open (4 boxes) had at least 4 pieces each that were chipped, scratched or broken. For the price I must admit that I am furious to have a banged up module!!!! Not impressed with Wayfair AT ALL
