Lit superposé double au-dessus d'un lit double avec lit gigogne Gorrono par Harriet Bee

this bunk is just ok, lots of screws show once out together

We just got delivery so I haven’t opened the box. I will be happy to review the actual product once I’ve done this . I’m giving one star because the delivery process is problematic. My husband arrived to find the bunk bed on the porch; we didn’t receive delivery notification until the day the product arrived. Since this is a vacation home, it was sheer luck that my husband decided to go that day otherwise the bed would have been sitting for a week with heavy rains in the forecast. He was also lucky that there were 2 neighbours around to carry the very heavy box into the house. Wayfair needs to give adequate notification of delivery so proper arrangements can be made. They also need to ensure that the correct policies are conveyed to the customer via their sales representatives. We were given the wrong info regarding return policies and delivery to room of choice. Fortunately, we were connected to an extremely helpful customer service rep and she is remedying the problem. It is only because of how she handled the situation that I will be a returning customer. PS Let’s hope the bed works out. I’ll keep you posted
