This was definitely a returned item that you sent out. If you look at the pictures you can see it was a lot of marks in it. Also in the picture of the parts my son is pointing to the part that was missing. Thankfully, he is handy and was able to cut a piece of wood to use. I purchased this for my granddaughters and am disappointed that it was sent out this way. Ive used Wayfair before and havent had these kind of problems.

All the pieces in the box had either a missing identification sticker, dent, scratch, unnecessary hole that was patched extremely poorly, terrible paint job that you can see the wood color underneath… pretty much it wasn’t what we expected for the price we paid. Very disappointed.
