Wood is cracked. Factory screws weren’t set correctly

Very solid and pretty straightforward to assemble. We got the futon option and it's great!

this bed has potential but was missing a few key pieces and split in the back. Open box so there was major hassles and we couldn’t return, so we made do with a 1k bed. We won’t do that again.

Made of pine one of the stair prices was cracked in half I had to have a new board cut. Manufacturer did not return my calls and I had already assembled the bed. Futon assembly instructions were worthless
