I will start that I am happy with the end result, the kids love it. Now, why I’m upset? This product was clearly used and returned. There was writing all over the directions and the boards had marks all over them. As we started to build, we saw why. Boards were missing the holes for drilling and screws and boards were mislabeled. So when someone returned a faulty product, you fixed nothing, couldn’t even reprint a new set of instructions, you repackaged it, and sold it to us at full retail value. We will be keeping it as long as we can due to the cost and time spent, but I will absolutely not be buying from you again. If that was related to us and perhaps had a discount for all the extra headaches, I wouldn’t have minded at all.

Wood is not that great but it’s a nice piece, it just makes some noise also when kids move around.

The kids love it!!! Very study and the steps seem very safe. I highly recommend paying for the setup. Delivery and setup wore easy and seamless

Once we were finally able to get them assembled, they are cute beds. BUT… you have to jump through hoops and mazes to get there. Fresh out of the box there were already cracks, stains and chips in the wood on some pieces. Then we started looking at the hardware, there are multiple hardware types in one bag and multiple bags to sort through with only a tiny square piece of paper with a number on it. The instruction manual has a description of all the hardware with a picture of what that numbered piece SHOULD look like but unfortunately, multiple numbers had the exact same picture making it difficult to decipher what is what. Then, once we started actually assembling, although most pieces were numbered (some were missing numbers), they weren’t fitting the way they should requiring us to drill different holes because the pre drilled ones did NOT line up. The instructions also say under tools needed… “a screwdriver”. This would have been impossible without a drill and multiple bits for all the different screwbolt types for this bed. The price was hard to beat for a triple bunk bed so I guess some obstacles were to be expected but this was very challenging.

This bed is great for my 3 and 5 year old. It’s huge though, so measure , measure, measure…it JUST got in their room. Although they jump all over it…tightening a few screws every now and then complexly fixes the problem. We’re contemplating buying a few pieces of plywood to make it even more sturdy!
