This bed has suited our family's needs well, so far. It seems pretty sturdy, isn't too high so I'm not concerned when my 3 year old climbs up. My 5 year old is on the lower bunk and can sit up without hitting her head. The slats on the bottom bunk allow the mattress to be elevated off of the floor. The reason I gave it 4 stars was for assembly. While I found the directions clear, there were two items mislabeled and I did not realize until I was halfway through construction. I had to completely disassemble to fix the issue. So I would recommend double checking the hole placements in the photos along with the labels on each piece to confirm that you are using the correct piece at each step. Another issue that I had was one screw broke during assembly, another has broken off since, and there was 1 screw missing. The bed turned out in the end and we're happy with it. I did like how well everything was packaged. It seems to be of good quality.

Absolutely beautiful! Took about 4 hours to build, but definitely worth it. My boys went crazy when they saw it! Made so much extra space in the bedroom.

Perfect size for the room. Grandkids will love it!

Great low bunk bed with nice finish

My son absolutely loves his bed. Since he is the only child(for now) I decided to turn it into a loft bed unless something changes and it works out perfectly. Everything is sturdy and it didn’t take too long to put together
