The bed is AWESOME!! The directions were not… drilling your own holes is not something typical you do building furniture

Poor materials is been only 9 months since I buying this bed and star loosening and broke parts of the bed.

Just what I need it for a small place

Some parts cracked, dent, missing a screw. Kind of complicated instructions and disorganized hardware. Other than that, works for what I wanted, not that sturdy thou. Update not even a year with the product and is almost useless. Dont have the power to withstand what is supposed to. Those bars between the twin beds are super thin and no other supports throughout the entire design. Bed panels are broken and you have to constantly be tightening the screws in the stairs because if not, your kids run the chance to just fall from there. This bed is more a liability than anything else and waaaayyy toooo expensive for this cheap bed that gives me the creeps on finding my kids one day in a bad position.

Shipping was quick. Havent put it together yet tho, but from the sizes of the boxes and the weight looks like it will definitely will be sturdy, update started putting it together not sturdy and missing lots of parts, didnt have enough hardward and three of the huge pieces were missing. had four of the products that were the same parts had to order missing parts now as im continuing putting it together i have to come find i am missing another piece. not happy wish i kept the boxes so i could send this back and get a refund
