This is a very well made bed! The wood is solid and fits well in my bedroom. I appreciate the trundle portion as it can sleep my four grandchildren comfortably.

I am very disappointed that this bed was not what I expected. I feel the design is faulty, because I expected the third mattress that I ordered would fit on the trundle to be stored when not in use. I even chatted on line to be sure that I my assumption was correct. But mattress will not fit under the bottom bunk for storage. In addition, the mattress on the bottom bunk which is a regular sized twin is 4-5 inches too narrow which leaves a gap between the mattress and the wall. I am trying to decide what to do. I like the bunk bed itself, however I really wanted the option for a queen on the bottom, but with this set-up - how would one suggest I do that without having to store an extra mattress which I do not have room for.

So far so good with this product. We are are pleased with it so far. The queen collapse into a twin which is cool feature.
