It’s good the price, a part came broken on both bunk beds I got but we were able to glue it!

I like the bed it seems pretty solid but the ladder has a substantial ding in the wood. Picture attached. When I went to "report a problem" I can't do it on this item as it isn't eligible for return or refund. Not looking to return it especially after putting it together (not easy!!). I don't want a refund but some concession would be nice.

This is the best bunk bed. My grandkids LOVE it, especially the pullout trundle bed. it is constructed well, sturdy and high quality. Ours is in white and it looks great in the room.
