The quality of this bed was great! We returned this bed however because the bottom bunk fit into the twin wonky. My daughter had a hard time getting in and out. Customer service and the return process was great.

Very cheaply made. I am not even sure it's safe.

The twinfull bunkbed turned out very good. It did take my husband about 10 hours to put together. The instructions could be better explained. It seems to be very sturdy after setting it up with mattresses. Very pleased.

The product is exactly as described and looks lovely in the room. I’ve had an adult and a child both sleep separately in the bed and both said it was very comfortable. However, I would not recommend using their pay to have it build option as Angie’s list is their option and Angie list I found to pay their workers sub pay for the work being done. Having said that I would still order from Wayfair, but I would hire my own contractor if I needed help with itbeing put together.

Love this bunk bed. Grandkids are excited to come visit!
