Bunk beds were ok, but the fact that you can see all the screws on the desk drawers are pretty annoying also, the magnet holding the door on the cubby on the stairs came off. And the last cubby on the last step doesn’t open.

Nice bed over all. Good for younger kids. Not recommended for teens or larger kids. Top bunk moves a bit with my daughter's weight which is about 80 lbs. I don't feel it will break but it can feel less sturdy then the bed my other daughter has. I have gone up with her to read and lay down and it is wobbly but again I don't think it is going to break. The steps are nice but keep in mind they are narrow. Too narrow even for my 125 lb self (mom) to go up and down comfortably without twisting to the side a little. The lower bed is very sturdy. I wish the lower bed could fit underneath the top bunk to give the option of a bunk bed instead of a L shaped layout but it is about 1 inch too long to fit. That part is poor planning IMO. The desk is cute and can be placed wherever you wish it to be because (like the lower bed) it is not attached to any other structures. The bed looks super cute and is aesthetically pleasing. Great space saver. The drawers in the steps are handy.

First, I like the bed set. Second, there were a LOT of parts to assemble. Third, the stair thing is not as sturdy, or as durable as hoped. Getting up and down is not easy and the stairs (to me) add additional bulk to the design that is ultimately not helpful. I probably would have have chosen something different looking back.

Two stars based on the nightmare it was to put together. After 5 Angi pros have tried, the middle desk draw still won’t open. I estimate that it look 6 plus hours to put together. The bottom draw of the stars doesn’t open and the stars aren’t drawers but just have a door that pulls open. It makes ir difficult to use this as a dresser. It’s not worth the cost, keep looking.
