My kids just grew out of this bed after 5 years and each is ready for another 5 years of rough and tumble use. One bed (the one used by the 14 year old) needs minimal care of tightening some screws. But they look and function good as the day we got them. I built them alone while watching a movie. There were a lot of moving parts but the instructions were adequate, the labeling was good, and with a bit of concentration it went smoothly.

The quality of this bed is very nice and it wasn't too difficult to put together; it just took a bit of time. My daughter loves it.
