The whole process was a huge mess from start to finish. Had a problem with the payment, they kept saying there was a problem with both cards I tried, turned out to be a problem on their end and they said they fixed it. When they took the money out, the next day it would be back in my account, only to be taken out and then put back again and again. No big deal, right Until they kept calling me to say there was a problem with my payment and they couldnt complete the order until it was paid. This went on for about a month before they got it figured out (again, problem on their end). Waited 6 weeks for it to be made and shipped even though the site clearly said it was ready and could be shipped in 1 to 2 business days. When we finally got it, the side panels were the wrong color and dont match! So disappointed. *edited to add they are sending a replacement bed to correct the mistake.
