We used the Small/Medium and worked very well for us. As he grew we tried different swaddles and these really fit him best and Velcro stays secure as he wiggles however I thought the Large was the exact same product and the small/medium however it does not have an opening on the bottom. The zipper opening is key to diaper changing in the middle of the night without disrupting him too much. Not sure why they would lose that feature on the larger size.

I wanted to love these but the velcro stopped working after just a few uses.

This quality of these swaddles are very good better than I anticipated...Material is soft and my twin gran babies love to be swaddled with them!! I would definitely highly recommend purchasing them! Also would make great gifts for any baby shower......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is not the best sleeper let me tell you I been waiting for summer infant to make this I love it the fabric is super thin and does not make him hot at all I’m a mom of 3 I always complain on the others one that I used to get since they always made my kids hot my lil guy does not get overheated in this at all I love how he can still have his arm up just like in my tummy which is amazing. And still be swaddled since we keep our kids in a cradleborad so it very helpful for us.
