This child’s bookcase can hold books as well as toysstuffed animals in the center “pockets,” making it a great organizer and keeping everything in one place. It also has small pockets on the side and at the bottom of the center pockets to hold small items like crayons. I would have given the piece 5 stars except that one of the holes in the frame to screw in one of the bottom shelves isn’t punched through, so I couldn’t screw in a corner of that shelf. Also, it was a little difficult to use the small Allen wrench and it’s a bit difficult for one person to build the bookcase. Otherwise, I love this piece.

The item arrived in a small box which made me worried about having a ton of steps, but it wasn’t bad at all. I assembled it myself in about 20 min, and it included two different Allen wrenches with extra hardware. I didn’t need to use a power drill but later on it did help when I realized I didn’t assemble it correctly and had to fully disassemble one stack of shelves. This was exactly what I needed to help me organize my craft room. The fabric slings in the center are ideal for paper and cutting mats. The shelves are different depths, which helps with a variety of items. My only complaint is that the silver bolts are exposed and can be unsightly (but no sharp edges). The bottom fabric pouches don’t sit upright, but hang to the side causing heavier items to fall out. It’s sturdy and a perfect addition to my organization.

Sturdy and easy to put together.

This was really easy to put together. Instructions were pretty good. It’s very sturdy. Looks great! My granddaughter just loves it. She’s more than happy to pick her toys up and put them back now. No more fits or tears.

This is the perfect bookshelf for our daughter’s room. It was very easy to put together. The instructions were easy to follow and took about 30 min. It has plenty of space for an assortment of her books and even some toys! It for more books than I anticipated.
