Incorrect item sent twice. This picture and sku number does not match up with the product you sent. Warehouse needs to check on this error so someone else does not receive the wrong item as we did. We ordered 4 bunk beds and they assured us the correct item was going out but instead we received 4 loft beds for little girls. The bunkbeds were for a hunting lodge. Very disappointed in how the situation was handled. Continued to read off their script and said there was nothing they could do to expediate the item, but it wouldn't have mattered it was still the wrong item. It won't let me submit this review without a star. I would say this transaction was a zero!
