Do not buy this! For the price, you expect quality—especially since it is intended for children! First off, the pre-drilled holes do not align with where the corresponding parts are supposed to go. All the screws have a base that is supposed to fit into specific holes, but they don't even fit; instead, they end up pushing through the other side and splitting the wood. This is a low-quality bed; I do not recommend it!! When you contact customer service, they just refer you to the manufacturer to resolve the issue—and that takes 3 business days!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. DO NOT BUY IT!!!

Overall I like the bed, good for a small room, accessible for the kids. However the instructions has to be a little more clear, some of the holes were Slightly off as well. overall I like the style of the bed

Very very flimsy. It doesn’t have any holes to attach the steps to the bed. The steps are warped, so they won’t be safe to step on. I bought it because it’s the perfect size for my room. But it’s not worth it, please stay away from

Our kids love it! Great for small homes!

A little disappointed in the steadiness – or lack thereof. It’s very creaky, like a wooden ship bobbing in the water. When my son rolls or adjusts on the top bunk, it’s so creaky that it keeps waking his sister on the bottom bunk. The stairs are also very loud, it’s hard for him to get in or out of bed without waking her. For the price, I expected something pretty solid, but the wood is very thin and frail. I could easily crack the pieces in half with my bare hands. I was hoping for more, but this will have to do for now.
