My grandkids love the new beds. There was a problem with one part of the order missing. Call customer service it took a few minutes to figure out how to get the part. It turn out the delivery company forget (which I told CS) to delivery the part. It showed up the next day.

It was definitely a lot of work to put together but I’m really happy with the shelf space. Decent quality for the price. The mattress size recommended was 8” I believe. This size was tight in the trundle. It works but I believe I’ll get a 6” mattress instead.

Missing fundamental pieces
