A bit disappointed in the item, but more so with Wayfairs options to resolve the concern. Predrilled holes were poorly placed making the top drawers unusable, in fact we couldn’t even get them in. Wayfair offered to ship one replacement part to us, but sadly that part was not even the part needed to fix the problem. Next they offered a 25% refund, however this wouldn’t even cover our cost and time to try and remedy the problem ourselves. We asked simply for a 50% refund to cover our costs and time to fix the problem. This was denied, instead they wanted us to disassemble the product ( more of our time wasted) and have the item sent back, and they would send us a new one. Our fear was that, with the factory drilled holes, this likely was a common problem with this item, and we may have the same concern again. Buyer beware!!
