This bed was bought for my guestroom. It fits perfectly without taking up too much space, but still looks nice. The color was a perfect match for the existing furniture in the room. It was easy to put together and feels very sturdy. I have high pile carpet, so I was concerned with how smooth pulling the trundle bed out would be, but I did not have any issues with it. The bottom pulls out easily. I purchased a 6" mattress for the bottom frame and it fits well. There is some room left, so I may just get an 8" when it's time to replace the mattress. All in all, the esthetics are nice and it is exactly what I needed.
