This bed turned out amazing! Its shown in the pictures with a very thin mattress - I have a relatively standard thickness mattress for me son and it is higher than the side rails of the bed frame. One of the top wood pieces stared to crack during assembly, so I worry about longevity with 2 boys. And it was terrible to put together - by myself, took about 4-5 hours. But its otherwise super cute and my boys love it.

My little boy absolutely loves this!!!! It was pretty easy for me and my husband to put together. Less than two hours. It’s so cozy. My little one loves the lights and that he can put his books and toys on the shelves. Hoping this lasts us many years!

It was exactly what we wanted and what was shown. Beautiful floor style cottage bed with subtle lighting to set off the sweetest mood for the kids room. Easy assembly !
