I ordered two of these chairs and both of them are broken in less than a year of use. They broke at the base and they wobble so much that the chairs are not safe. I was told that I have to produce the paperwork even though the chairs have a three year warranty. I have ordered a lot from Wayfair and I had hoped that I would receive better help through customer service.
