Only received ONE of the TWO cribs I ordered…I have been asking for resolution of this for 10 DAYS. I have been ASSURED that a TEAM is looking into this. They have pictures of the delivery…I received only ONE crib and One Dresser from another order number. PLEASE either refund my money and I’ll order another crib OR SHIP my Crib as I have TWINS coming in a few weeks!!!

We are very satisfied with this crib, in addition, to how it was packed to endure shipping. The material of the bed is high quality, assembly was easy, and the future conversion from crib to toddler to twin size bed is a win-win. Although, there are extras to be purchased with each conversion plan accordingly and save the assembly sheet that has the model/part number.
