Commode 5 tiroirs Harold

This dresser looks very nice. Unfortunately the third drawer won’t shut all the way and the screws to a lot of the drawers are falling out. They’re stripped and ruined so they won’t even tighten.

Dresser came already put together which in my book will always get 5 stars!! Came in perfect condition. Money well spent.

Just got off my second conversation with customer service, so I'm going to also put in this review. 1. Similar to other reviews, the dresser does arrive assembled, but it was assembled poorly. Lots of stripped screws and screws that were tightened too much such that the wood around them is cracked and the screws are loose. 2. Which led to one of the drawers not closing (the reason for my first call). The guide on one side was too loose and had multiple screws that fell out, blocking the top drawer from closing. 3. Worth pointing out: it's a single top drawer. This is actually a 4 drawer dresser, not a 5 drawer dresser, as described. 4. The dresser has a concrete slab counterweight in the back. In mine, it was not screwed in (it was stapled!) despite there being pre-drilled holes, so it kept pushing the drawers open. Customer service said I could exchange it or get a discount on it. Neither feels great. I don't want it to totally go to waste but I also don't see it lasting very long. Feels like a lot of waste either way!

Even do it was a little damaged I kept it didn’t want to deal with the hassle

We had this dresser delivered twice, and both times it arrived broken. We gave up and are going with something else.
