Fell apart after one year terrible

We originally received the beds on Friday the 26th. After pulling everything out, one of the support beams for the bottom beds was drilled wrong making it unusable. We ordered a replacement part that same day and just now received notice we won’t get the part until 66. When building this bed, we’ve had to completely move furniture around into different rooms and now are living chaotically until we can complete this build. I also now have two mattresses sitting in the room waiting to be able to use them. My two young children are having to climb around everything to get to their old beds. I’m very disappointed that we were sent an unusable item, to no fault of our own, and there wasn’t expedited shipping offered for just this one bed rail support beam. Quality control from the manufacturer was the cause of our issue and now we are left to scramble for the time being until we can get this part and reset our home to normal.

Sturdy bunk bed. Took 2 adults about 5.5 hours to assemble. We’ll labeled. Holes will need to be drilled in some areas which allows you to lineup items as you assemble. Major components have holes already drilled. Nice looking bunks.
