The bed is great but the instructions are bad. The numbered parts were correct but all were there and I was able to put it together with a lot of effort.

The bed is pretty much exactly what you expect from the pictures. There were two sections in the instructions where the boards needed were mismarked, but it was easy to figure out. It was also easy to accidentally build the headboards/footboards with the hardware facing out, which is only an aesthetic issue--it was easy to fix except for the very bottom boards if the mattress slats were already screwed in place. The indicator stickers were kind of a pain to remove. It's a fairly easy one-person job until you need to lift the top bunk onto the bottom bunk. While it's not too heavy, that would be very hard to do alone. You could probably build the top bunk on the bottom bunk, ignoring the order of operations in the instructions, but that would require the use of a ladder at least for screwing in the mattress slats. Also, make sure to put the bottom mattress in before the ladder or you will create an extra hassle for yourself.

Arrived damaged and exposed. Boxes were broken. Want to return for full refund.

My daughters love their new bunk beds! It’s great for a smaller bedroom.

The bed was delivered very quickly after we ordered it. The individual who Wayfair assigned to assemble it was very professional. She clearly knew what she was doing and was well equipped to do the job. She herself commented on the high quality of the bed. We are very pleased with our purchase.
