First of all, Wayfair was great. I would absolutely not suggest buying from this manufacturer, though. A part was damaged, which happens; no big deal. I requested a replacement, sent them a picture of the part which included a picture of the sticker with the number on it, and included the description of the part (a leg). If I used the part as sent, it would dig holes into my floor. Their stickers for parts 1 and 7 are basically identical (see photo - the other side of the leg is more damaged). They sent a railing part. When I said it was the wrong part, they told me that I should have been more careful, that I should have checked every single part before asking for a replacement, that they don't keep replacement parts, and they had to break open a box to get the first part and it was unreasonable of me to ask for another part when they sent the first one. They sent an email saying the part was delayed, then didn't send anything else. I ended up wrapping the end of the leg in duct tape and padding and I'll put something under it; hopefully that will keep from damaging my floor. Wayfair apologized for the manufacturer, offered to send a new bed if I wanted to send back the first one, and was quite helpful. Just...don't use this manufacturer. Their customer support is awful.
