Mattress was listed as a medium firmness, however, it is hard as a rock. I have been trying to return or see what the options are for the last 5 days and I keep getting the runaround from Wayfair's obvious off-shore customer service reps. Supposedly, the manufacturer (come to find out is a Chinese-based company) is supposed to get in touch with me within 2 additional days to find some sort of resolution, however, I have heard nothing and Wayfair has been zero help. I really regret buying a mattress from Wayfair, lesson learned to not go that route on future purchases.

Just unleashed it this evening… seems to be expanding rapidly… cant wait to sleep on it and then I’ll return to review.. thus far though everything seems legit beside almost getting knocked through the wall when I unboxed it

Queen Mattress Size Size- 60 W X 80 L, Mattress edge support. Very comfortable about a medium in firmness. Sometimes when these beds in boxes come out the boxes after a few months they start to loose ther structure. I think this one wont decrease in size. When it came out of the box it had no problems reaching the correct size. Four or to five different sizes avaliable.I would definitely recommend this product and I give it 5 stars.

This mattress is extremely comfortable. The mattress top is soft to touch and it has convient handles on the sides for easy carrying. It’s a bit firmer than my normal buys of foam. It’s sturdy and I believe will hold up well. It came wrapped and vacuumed sealed and rolled into a box. That in itself is so convenient to be able to handle for just one person. I would purchase it again. It’s perfect for my teen but would hold an adults weight without issue. This is the 14inch height so pretty thick. Check the type of bed you are wanting to put it on to make sure heights are correct and wont block your headboard. I did not measure the mattress and fits perfectly on a full bed frame so its standard size.

The mattress took a while to get use to it. After sleeping on it for a week or so, I really like it. The shipping was really fast and came in a box. It's a heavy mattress so it stays in place. I recommend.
