The bed skirt is perfect! I usually buy only 100% cotton bedding so I was not sure about buying this with a poly skirt. So happy I did! The fabric is soft and weighty so it hangs beautifully. The top that covers your bed slats or box spring, is a cheaper fabric but it’s thicker than others I had in the past. Rather than iron it, I popped it in the dryer with a damp washcloth onto which I had poured a little Downy. I also put a dryer sheet in. A little bit later I removed the bed skirt to find no folds and so soft, too. Pros: quality fabric, pretty with cute Pom Pom trim, good design with split corners Cons: none Suggestions: could use sewn-in ties to anchor it to your bed frame, (much like duvet ties inside). I made my own by cutting four pieces of twill tape into lengths, folding in half, securing a safety pin in the center, then pinning to the underside of each corner of the skirt. Next, tie it around your bed frame leg. This simple fix will keep the bed skirt from moving around and sliding off the bed.

Very cute but ripped while we were putting it on the bed, but we sewed it back together and it looks super cute again!
