I recently purchased a beautiful 6’ round rug and it was delivered on time and is good quality! The price was fair and reasonable but….. I’m 75yrs old and I had some setbacks and I called today to see if I could make 5 payments of $20 instead of the minimum $29 a month. I know $9. doesn’t seem like much but when all you have is Social Security it’s every little amount counts! They refused my $20 and said I would be charged late fees to which I stated $20 was all they were getting for the next 5 months and I wasn’t paying any late fees! I also said I would NEVER purchase anything from Wayfair again….all because of $9 a month! How sad and unreasonable!!! So beware of your financial situation with Wayfair and be cautious!!! Great products but terrible customer service! At least I called them and my $20 will be there every month for 5 months!!!!!!!
