For the second time in the last three months, I have been VERY DISAPPOINTED with an item ordered from Wayfair. Two months ago it was the wrong chair in the wrong color. This time one of the pillow case/shams was sewn with the raw unfinished edge stiched down on the front of the sham. Hard to describe and shocking to see. How in the world THIS passed (I'm assuming) several check points and still got through Quality Control is beyond me. Of course it's way too much of a hassle to return the whole package. All I can do is try to salvage the defective pillowcase and perhaps make a smaller, decorative pillow cover and stuff it with store bought filler.
