The faucet was nicely shaped but not the right look. The amazing part was the customer service; they couldn't send the sink I wanted in the first place because CA bans certain materials (happy for this safety check). The rep had politely sold me into this replacement idea and when I originally went to return it, I noticed a return shipping fee. I complained because they had talked me into something I was so-so about, and they comped the return fee. That's how it should be. :). Amba. Sun Sep 07 2025
