Love the TV stand...the only downside was some missing paint and the hole cut outs were splintery. When I called service they were quite helpful and all was resolved amicably. Delivery of TV Stand was excellent!. Anonyme. Patchogue, NY. Thu Oct 04 2018

What a nightmare. When I originally placed this order the top and bottom were listed for the sales price. When it arrived and they placed the bottom I was thrilled with the quality. Then I asked where the top was. They said that was all they had. Wayfair put in a missing piece request to the manufacturer and pointed out to them their listing was misleading when the manufacturer said I had only ordered the bottom. So, the manufacturer changed their listing and refused to send the top. Wayfair tried to get them to see me the top only and they wouldn’t do that. So they wanted me to return the bottom, then they would ship it back to me again and provide the top as well for a new price. Crazy to send it back to only get it delivered again Wayfair tried to reach the manufacturer again and they never responded again. Too bad the manufacturer has zero customer service skills because the cabinet was well made but we will never purchase from them again.. Danielle. Concord, NC. Wed May 29 2024

Mixed review on this. While the cabinet and hardware seem quite nice, the island top is actually 5 pieces of wood and not solid, which makes it look cheaper. I expected a solid slab and it was impossible to tell from the photos online. As there were no other reviews at the time, I was surprised to find that when it arrived. It’s still a beautiful piece but a little disappointing for the price point.. Anonyme. Wed Nov 01 2023

The color is slightly darker than in the picture. The one I received had staples coming out of the back. There is a light brown thin plywood for the back and sides. If you do not put this in a corner the ugly plywood will be visible.. Allison. Woodland Hills, CA. Thu Jul 07 2016

When you select a color, it is what you get. The delivery team, communication & onsite was a 5 star. Great job! However, the quality of workmanship is barely average. Split wood backing, had re-drill to be level. Rough plywood was used. Had to touch up stain on top of the tv stand. From distance, very pretty but for price, quality of wood and work should be better. :( Went in game room so is fine. If in high traffic area, would have returned.. Darcie. Milford, KS. We chose this piece because of the glass panels - our 18 month old is obsessed with turning the cable box on and off. It is a huge TV stand. Tall enough to keep our 3 year old from turning the TV on or off, and big enough inside for lots of DVDs. The only issue we've had is after 3 weeks of the two toddler rapping on the glass panels, the plastic tabs holding them in place broke and one of the panels fell and cracked. Not the manufacturer's fault, but if you have small children I would recommend reinforcing the plastic tabs.. Melissa C.. Tampa, FL. Wed Aug 05 2015
