The table needed no assembly; just pull the legs out and it's easily storable. It has a padded top that can be ripped or torn, so no heat or sharp things. The chair was very easy to assemble and the height is even great for a taller person. The seat is rather small though and the back is a little flimsy if you lean too far back. This set would suit a child well.
