I actually got two items from this brand in the same purchase and I have to say the quality isn’t quite there. When I was unboxing this I had very high hopes as the back and arms were so sturdy I thought this will be a great desk alternative during work from home days if I want to shot on the couch. And it will be, but that’s about the extent. I like the heat option but the “massage” is literally just a vibration and the modes are limited to two. Similar come t as the other product… it just feels like for the price point and with what’s out on the market today, I expected more at this price point.

Nice but has a very odd smell to it and also the fact that they put the buttons on the side of the pillow and no remote do you have to move the whole pillow to be able to see the buttons but the everything else works really good and it actually gets pretty warm

This feels cheap and the ergonomics are weird. The vibration isn’t very strong and doesn’t feel relaxing.
