This worked great for several months and was exactly what I needed for my previous set up with a laptop stand, but then the plastic broke at one of the attachment sites so I could no longer use it. So it could be sturdier.

I ordered this and the laptop stand. I use it everyday and I would say the quality and function is ok. It holds the mouse but the metal is not as sturdy as it could be. This product matched the description.
