It is great. It has different modes from walking to sprinting… I believe the max level is 200 which is sprinting. I really like it.

I’ve got my vibrating shaking board couple days ago and it’s working great. The first day I got it, I tried it for normal speed but now I’m trying the different preprogram it comes with. It comes with a remote to increase the speed or change the mode.

I got this vibration plate exercise machine to use in my home gym. It is compact but has multiple speeds and a remote for ease of use. I wish the bands had a little more tension to them but it’s a nice addition. Hoping I see some positive impacts from use.

I always wanted one of these! Arrived with nothing to assemble just put batteries in the remote if you choose to use it. It comes with some straps with handles that hook under the plate to hold on to. Settings are different levels amd I will start very slow. i will see over time if Im seeing any benefits.

This unit came with great directions and it have lots of settings and programs on it. Easy to set up and easy to use. Have a remote control for ease. It also come with straps that you can clip on the sides for more of a workout. It is a little smaller than I thought it would be but works great.
