Chair was delivered with incorrect metal plate on seat frame causing seat back cushion to not align with armrest frame. Spoke to customer service on two occasions who promised a replacement chair at no charge. After days of no further response or tracking information. I drilled two holes in the defective metal plate to allow the seat back cushion and the armrest frame to align.

The chairs are exactly as advertised. Wide and very sturdy. However, 9 of the 12 chairs received have the same damage and tear on the under side of the seat from transit.

I think the chair is great but the installation wasn’t. The installer pro was scheduled through Angi, but I paid for the service along my Wayfair purchase, online together. These photos show that while the front right of the chair hits the floor squarely, the front right does not I can put my fingers under it. So the chair ‘rocks.’ It’s not supposed to. Fault of the product I can’t tell. … This chair is very comfortable and widely built, so ‘rocking’ isn’t a huge deal. But still. Do better with the install!
