The print on the chair is hideous. It doesn’t look anything like this picture. I can’t return because it was an ‘open box’

The images match the delivered product. Easy to assemble. Could use a small lumbar pillow.

The chair seems solid and substantial. The "tech fabric" is NOT at all "leather-like" except for the appearance. It IS exceptionally soft and I am hopeful that it will wear well. Ordered three more to complete the office waiting area after staff approved.
